The
Soy Zone by Barry Sears. Ph.D.
"101 Delicious
and Easy-to-Prepare Recipes". Mostly vegetarian, and fairly
low carb. According to the author, this is his "healthiest
version" of the famous Zone Diet. Although I'm not a "Zoner",
I use this book a lot personally to inspire me to adapt existing
recipes.
