Salsa
Fresh Ripe
Tomatoes (eg Roma or Beefsteak)
Salad Onions
To
taste (one or more):
Garlic Cloves
Green Chillies (Fresh or Pickled, eg Jalepenos)
Fresh Coriander (aka Cilantro)
Finely chop
all ingredients and stir together in a bowl. Chill for a few hours
& let flavours infuse.
Note: Put the
tomatoes in the sun for a few hours before chopping to get a fuller
flavour. That's if you live somewhere sunny, of course!
