Vegetarian Mince (Dried or Frozen)
Chopped Tomatoes (Fresh and/or Tinned)
Italian Herbs to taste (Dried or Fresh)
(low carb if you can get it)
Grated Cheese (eg, Parmesan, Cheddar)
Heat wine and
water in equal parts to boiling, then remove from heat. Add dried
or frozen vege-mince and cover to soak. Add all other sauce ingredients
and return to a low heat. Simmer until thick and rich, stirring
to prevent sticking.

olive oil, spoon bolognese sauce over and garnish with grated cheese.
